最近教會為建立一個屬於自己的教堂以花了很多時間和心力, 這是一個很難得的經驗, 應該要將今日的想法寫下, 他日可以回顧一下…

• 教會是一班基督徒, 教堂是一間建築物…
• 要起教堂, 先要建立教會。建立一間好的教會, 亦即是要建立一班好的基督徒, 沒有一班好的基督徒, 再漂亮的教堂亦只是白佔土地, 浪費金錢…
• 甚麼是一間好的教會, 等於問甚麼是一個好的基督徒。一般可以從六個層面看 (Reference: LifeWay 出版的 MasterLife 門徒訓練課程 / 塑造主生命門徒訓練  (一) 十架篇):
1. 與主基督的關係 (Spend Time with the Master)
2. 對神的話的認知和應用 (Live in the Word)
3. 禱告的生活 (Pray in Faith)
4. 相交的生活 (Fellowship with Believers) 
5. 見證的熱誠 (Witness to the World)
6. 事奉的生活 (Minister to Others)
• 建堂往往將重點放於地上的戶口, 而忽略了天上的戶口。 我們可以憑信心去買一間供唔起的建築物, 這是因為我們有天上的戶口作保。但若果我們天上的戶口也是空的,〝憑信心〞去買一間供唔起的建築物, 等於試探神, 結果比唔建堂更糟。
• 天上的戶口我們可以憑著以上六個層面去估計, 例如: 會友參與事奉的比例 (Minister to Others), 過去我們向過多少人傳福音 (Withness to the World), 信而受浸加入教會的人數 (Spend Time with the Master), 敬拜的素質 (Pray in Faith) 等等…

今日教會要建堂, 天上的戶口太單簿, 應該未是時候…

This was the strongest earthquake I've ever felt.  It shook me up from the bed, but I thought it was something like the last quake, which was a 4.x earthquake lasted for only couple seconds.  I did not want to get out of the bed, but this one was much stronger and lasted much longer.  It lasted for about 10 seconds and it was strong enough to get me out of the bed and stood under the door "kwang."

After the quakes, I dressed up to church.  The pastor said, “Look at all these people with faith who come to church to worship God, nothing would stop us to worship.”  At the moment, I was thinking, I had never thought about not going to church because of the quakes, not sure if it was faith, or if it was just a habit, or a little of each.  But I knew I would not feel good if I don’t go.

At night, we still had no electricity, but I am glad that we had water.  We could still cook using the propane stove, take showers, and drink.  Also, because of the blackout, I discovered one thing, that small kerosene lamp makes bright light.  No wonder people in the old days without electricity used those lamps.

早上七點左右, 第一次經歷地震, 人的無能在自然災害下特別明顯, 地震時, 如果天花要倒下, 要死就要死, 無得避, 但一想到能夠回天家, 息勞歸主, 死也不見得可怕… 我知這樣講不好, 但我真的覺得這次 earthquake is fun and enjoyable… 

地震後我和媽媽還有去崇拜, 今日有讚美之泉到訪, 在無電下敬拜, 感覺很新鮮, 只是苦了游智婷和她的讚美小組, 在無咪, 無 projector 下, 向著幾十人(大多是老人), 買力地唱, 唱得大大聲也無太多反應…  

停電十分不便, 如果時間長的話, 是可以死人的, 但當知道只是短時間停電, 心一定, 停電也是一個很好享受的時間, 很多年沒有玩過臘燭, 今日一玩玩了幾小時, 有趣…

我 貓貓

我叫肥仔或者花花，最鍾童食貓乾糧同飲藍泡泡。為咗藍泡泡，我會不顧一切將我對腳仔踩落藍泡泡「岸邊」盡情享用。我曾經以為貓貓係我爸爸，但係佢同我唔係好似樣，兼且佢成日"fit"我，不過佢真係教識我好多嘢，包括响邊度處理「大小事務」。最近識咗個新朋友，佢叫黃仔或者小黃，佢比較怕羞，唔係好鐘意影相，佢擁有一對憂鬱的眼睛，有機會再帶佢出嚟見吓人啦！

做我們這行, 最怕追唔上科技的前頭, Windows Vista 的面世, 可以和10年前的 Windows 95 相比, 介面有很大的改動… 可惜我的 VMware 唔 support 256MB 的 Video card, 不能體驗 3D 的方便…

一直都想唔用老翻, 但又怕一下子失去工作力 (連Windows都無,點工作?) 好在有VMware Player 同大量現成的 VMware Linux Appliances , download 個 Linux SuSE + OpenOffice 的 Appliance 下來, 就可以體驗一下無 Windows 的日子會如何, 其實 Linux SuSE 十分似 Windows, 是可以代替 Windows 的…
